Thank you for having me on the forum. I've searched the forum topics for this and didn't come up with anything so I figured it would be a safe post.
About a year ago I purchased a 1973 23' Sequoia. What a project. 60 miles into the trip it needed a engine. The shop took me for a ride and charged me about 6 grand to much on repairs. Stole parts, over charged me for work not done correctly, and it barely made it home from CA. However my outlook is much better these days.
I've done countless (I mean countless!) things to this machine and currently its getting a new spindle, front bearings, steering box corrected and such which I have a great feeling about that its going to be done correctly. However they only do suspension work and no other mechanic work.
However after a massive amount of money and getting burned by nearly everyone I really need to find a good mechanic shop in Phoenix, Casa Grande, or Tucson. Don't care which city its in as long as its a really good mechanic.
I need to have my dash AC worked on, and I can't risk bringing it to another rip off shop that. I know how horrible the dash ac works but I still want to get it fixed.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!! If I can find a shop I plan on keeping them busy. I'd like to add rear sway bars, steering upgrades, like new cruise control (mine doesn't work) and more. Can't wait to get all that done, then its new flooring, solar, and 6v batteries.
