I had my front ride height adjusted a few months ago and have not had the coach re-aligned yet.
I found this shop on line and it is about 35 miles from me.
Their website claims that they specialize in large trucks and RV's.
I stopped by to check out the facility; it was very busy with many trucks and large motorhomes waiting for service. I happened to run into a gentleman walking around the yard not working but looking like he belonged there.
As it turned out he was the owner, now retired. His son now runs the place. I told him about my GMC steering issues, He said make an appointment (takes about 2 weeks) they would test drive it and could certainly fix the problem. They are very familiar with the GMC front end and rear suspension and have developed the "tricks" to make them perform properly.

Then he told me the following story: Years ago a GMC owner brought his coach out from Colorado to have some steering problems solved. The owner and his son worked on the coach for a day and solved the issue.

The GMC owner was so pleased with the results that he got a story published in the FMCA magazine praising the shops work. After that they had many GMC's come to the shop from different parts of the the country and even at least one from Canada.
They perform 6 wheel alignment; not just the front.

That makes a nice story and If true, I thought some of you old timers may have heard of the shop or know someone who has taken their coach there.

Anyone heard of this shop?

The service writer said the diagnostics and 6 wheel alignment will take about 3 hours and cost approx $315 assuming no parts or repairs are needed. I had explained that most of my steering and front suspension components have been recently replaced.

Sorry for the long post.
