I took out the propane tank(needed cleaning and paint anyway), made a cut across the floor even with the front of the propane compartment to the generator, cleared out the rotted wood and rusted bolts and slid a new piece of treated 3/4 plywood all the way through to the generator for a new floor for the propane area and the rear of the coach up to the front of the propane compartment.I used all the original bolt holes and was amazed at how easy it went.
I had already unscrewed the raised floor and lifted it out. While I was at it I cut four 2" round holes in the bottom of the propane compartment and covered them with house vent screens.
