I've been working the numbers regarding what the Edgemonte will cost to rehab - not restore - just tidy up and make useable -
knowing it'll be upside down but trying to keep the loss minimal.

As part of this effort I'm looking at what things are bringing...on Ebay and elswhere. I thought this auction was a good one to watch...
