We we contacted by Glenn Hurtsburger to see if we could supply the GMC
chassis without the body to use for a movie by Warner Bros. Hang over two.
Glen has a Son that is involved in the production.
Within 10 days we had to hustle to have a running engine and full drive
train with 6 disc brakes.
Manny T. sold us a great engine that was used to test his trans. and Miguel
@ MGM GMC hauled up a good transmission from Southern CA to us for few cheap
parts.
Our ASE certified techs separated the frame from one of the coaches and did
the rest.
They are going to mount a Mercedes on it and have the camera crew filming
the actors in the car as the travel through the streets of Bancock.
With this last minute job, I'm hurting for time to get my rig ready for De
Quine, IL. We will be doing the usual by pulling Graces Oldsmobile van with
all the sales samples and kit.
I'm planning on leaving here Sat. 18th.
Wish me luck.
