Well, after years of looking and 2 years pursuing this particular coach, the deal is done and it's finally in my garage:

I've been following the GMC forums for years, but now that I'm actually "hands-on", I have a lot of questions which I will post later under their own topics.
This coach had 2 previous owners. The first owners only used it as an occasional family hauler and it appears it was never used for camping. The second owner was a high-end car collector who used it for yearly trips to Pebble Beach and occasional recreation trips. It just turned 38,000 miles, has been in enclosed storage its entire life, and is about as original as they come nowadays.
As soon as I finish surveying everything, it will be going out to MGM to have Miguel go through it. Initially I hear a wheel bearing howling somewhere in back, the steering has a bit of play and a rattle, brakes seem slightly anemic, the handbrake has little effect, it could use fresh batteries, and the tires appear to be from 1996 (if I'm reading the sidewalls correctly!). Other than that, it passed the smog inspection very cleanly, and runs like new.
