Reading about the water cooling I began to think about can all the air from the front be forced thru the radiator. This would reduce the pressure behind the radiator. This would not fix the climbing of hills or high load heating problems that the water spray across the radiator is meant to fix.

I have thought about ram air through the bottom of the radiator. I tried running without the fender liners but when I drove in heavy rain I had ignition problems so I put the fender liners back on.
