I saw this Birchaven for sale with a rear bath floorplan that I have never seen before. There is no mention of it in any of the Coachman brochures either.

I was wondering if this was a custom order or if anyone else owns one set up this way. The floorplan seem to make for a roomier 23' interior but there is a lack of a dinnette.
