We are planning an excursion that will take us through Canada
Same here. My question is about crossing over the boarder both ways: Does
anyone check the VIN to the registration going either way?? The reason I
ask is that NC refuses to give me a plate unless I have my vehicle
inspected by a state certified station first. My coach has been in Oregon
for the last 5 years, just sitting. It is insured and has been all 5
years. I plan on using my daughter's NC plate and registration for the
trip; she has a 73 GMC and mine is a 78. I guess I could always say I got
the registrations mixed up since both are in my name and on the same
insurance policy.
