From Fremont to Sacto on the Amtrak Capitol Corridor takes about 2 1/2 hours on a Saturday.

Ben, Just drive down to Jim K's in Fremont. You will be more than happy with
the service. It's a "one stop shop". Leave the coach there and have someone
drive you back. You will not be disappointed.
