Our CC quit while we where on our last trip. I just found the cause, a broken chain. The bad part is that it broke inside the Rubber boot. Also the boot is brittle and should be replaced.
1. How have others gone about repairing?
2. Is the chain the "right" answer?
3. Maybe a trip to the mens mall is in order. What other automobiles used this system?

Have searched but did not find answers.
Thanks much
