I paid a bunch of money for Aeroquip fittings and hose for the power steering on my corvette. thought I was at least putting in good hose.

Well this spring it sprung a leak, the hose had failed it was falling apart from the power steering fluid

I guess I won't be putting any of that in my GMC!
