I posted this to the Revcon group and got some response but there is a lot more 455 knowledge here so if no one minds.....

For the shakedown drive home on 200 miles of mostly flat road the instruments
were as follows

Oil temp was around 190.

Water temp didn't get above 150- except when I shut it off after a 70 mile
stretch. Then coolant bubbled from the expansion tank. I assume that is due to
the trans being hot and heating the water in the radiator when the rig stops?
The next time I let it idle for 15 minutes after a long run and it did not
spike.

Oil pressure around 37 lb

vacuum - 17 and falling to zero when I opened it up.

If these numbers tell us anything meaningful please enlighten me.
