So my coach had some functional but ugly overhead maplights, the ones overhead by the speakers.
I discovered that the S-10 console that I have has replaceable swiveling light fixtures. They can be removed and used elsewhere.

My map light/speaker bezels have been modified so I don't know how big the stock opening is, but they fit very nicely into mine.

I went to the hardware store, Menards, not Home Depot, and found nice chrome pipe trim rings are just the right size. The plastic ones are made in one piece and if you are careful can remain that way.

With 3, 1/4" threaded spacers and a little trimming of the inner flange, it works perfectly! The inner flange has a deep skirt that I removed completely, but looking back I see it could be left with 1/8" or so for a better look..
