That is not correct Jay (I'm not Carl). Follow the installation
instructions for proper torque. You are tightening the nuts on the
original wheel studs, but tightening against aluminum, vice the OEM
steel wheels. If you're not sure, give Jim a call or whoever you
purchased the spacers from.
