G'day,

To date Helen and I have been fortunate not having to be towed, however, Dan
& Teri Gregg's recent towing experience got me to thinking about this
subject.

I thought it might be helpful if those of you who have been towed could
provide information regarding your tow.

It would be good to know:

1) The towing insurance provider - Good Sam, AAA, Statefarm, Alstate, etc
2) The towing service the insurance provider used - i.e. Joe's Tow Co
3) What kind of vehicle was used to tow your GMC
4) Towed from - to
5) Miles towed
6) Reason for tow
7) If the service provided was acceptable
8) Extra costs involved
9) If any reimbursement was provided
10) Anything else you feel is relevant

Appreciate any and all comments!

Regards,
Rob Mueller
