Woooo, It got a little rough here just before sunset on Thursday. The wind gusts were up to 60 mph here where Teri and I are parked. Just as it was getting bad this white Jeep came sliding up to our door and a fella bailed out. I thought it must be a drunk looking for cover. No, it was Doug Norton. I got our door open and he fell inside. I wondered where Irene was. Doug had forgotten her outside so Teri and I got her in the coach. So glad they came, we needed them to hold the coach in place as we watched all of the ham radio antennas break over in the wind.
The sun came out just before it was to set behind the mountains.
After dark I tried to make it up to Rice Ranch, no way, water was over 95. So, we are heading to town this morning to see what bargains might be left. Sun is out and the solar is charging.
We hope everyone survived.
