Dan,

We tentatively plan on showing up at the 49ers campsite on the 13th, but it
might be rather late. Will be about 10 coaches camping there the weekend
of the 15th. Can email you a list off net if you want.
Tell Ken that AZ 95 would give him plenty of room to land - about 23 miles
of straight two land road. Of course there might be a little traffic,
especially on weekends, but....
Glad to hear you have good brakes now. We know from personal experience how
much fun it is to drive with only the fronts working.

Looking forward to seeing you and everyone else there - are all ready
selecting the large logs for the bonfire!!

PS If anyone wants us to bring something we produce or as a drop ship from
Jim K, let us know before Friday the 8th. Saving on shipping is always
good.

Are there telephone poles or mailboxes along the road? Are you suggesting I land south of Quartzite? I need to look at a satellite shot of that area.

Also I sent you three emails across several weeks and got no response. Are you getting my emails?

Ken

That is a state hiway and can be busy. It goes to Yuma. I'd be nervous unless it was dark.
Shipping: That is good thought. I can pick up from Curtis' and bring back to east Az. if anyone needs something. We wont be back to the midwest until the Spring but we can bring if no one is in a hurry for the item. I wish I could afford a manny tranny and Id have you bring me one.
Now, just in case we have some lurkers to this thread and you are on the fence about coming, jump off and come. We will take care of you. Everything is simple to find in Q. The GMCs can be seen from Hwy. 95 south just after you leave the city limits, on east side of road. Some are in city limits at Rice Ranch. This is just a podunk little town until the winter. I doubt there are 2500 people here in summer so everything is centered and easy to get to. You will have no better time at any other gathering than we have here.

Quartzite population is 900 usually.

During January and February it is estimated at 1,000,000 (in the surrounding
area)

Thanks
