It might be good to include that KO7T is in California. You should pass him contact for JimK. The GMC/Gemini 23s were all rear bath, but they are '73or4 only.

Actually Matt not quite correct, I have a 23' 73 Gemini built side bath.

The floor plan diagrams I got from the gmcmotorhome.com/faq pages

show rear bath for 76/77/78 23' Birchaven models and for Royale

models of the same years. Also shown is a 26' rear bath by Coachman.

All 23's built in '73 and '74 are side baths. All upfitted by GM. (Or at least by the same contractor as the 26's.) After '74, all 23's where transmodes... most upfitted into rear baths. But there where many built with baths on the side. Like the one that someone was calling a Revcon:

It has all indications of being a Side bath Birch... I would say '77 by the rub strip. Unfortunately I do not have any contact info....

Bottom line, if you (or your freind) want a side bath 23, look for a 73 or 74. with an eye out for the relatively rare newer model.

Yes, but they weren't fitted up by GM. They were all sold as Transmodes

I knew I got that backwards as soon as I saw your note. Rear bath was ALL that Gemini fit in 23s. Yours and mine are sisters.

There is a 23' for sale in Victoria Australia which is RHD, 240V and Alcoa
wheels. Price is A$39000 which is good for here but way over the top for
shipping back to USA but I am sure it would be the only RHD GMC in USA (why
would you want that)
