Well, here we go, off to the craziness of Christmas. 30 family and friends
getting together for Christmas, it will be fun , but busy.

What kind of connectors are those? Do the screw in to the the cap?

nope , that is what the punch is for, the rainbird, connectors are little
barbed push-ins, to the cap and the hose. All are used by the "drip"
irrigation systems.

Cut the bottom off a bottle and you have a funnel that is perfect for filling the float of an empty Quadrajet. I carry one myself...

Cut the bottom off of a large-mouth plastic oil bottle and the cap
threads will screw into the oil filler neck, making a funnel for
quickly dumping in that 5 quarts at change. I keep mine in a little
plastic mesh tray screwed to the top of the headlight bucket.
