Installed the Lumina Arms today and they sure make a bigger sweep.
Found that the washer does not work well. Not much pressure, water just dribbles out. Was able to blow through the hoses but still do not get much water.
Pump?

It might be the pump - mine work very well. I bought the set from Jim K.

Richard, I could not find a box and pump when mine needed replacing. So, I got a bag with motor in it from JC Whitney. Something over ten bux. Fixing to put one in my vdub.

I found a nice washer tank at the self service auto wrecker to replace mine that fit in the original location. The neat part about it was it has 2 pumps in it . It came off a Jeep wagon or SUV 1980's. It has plenty of volume for the Lumina nozzles.

Roy, did it have fitting for original mount? My 78 have v shaped piece of sheetmetal on front of the HVAC box that the original washer bottle mount slid into like this \\ //. Looking for a new washer bottle with mount.

It doesn't have the slide mount I used one of the original A/C cover screws for the right side and added another screw to hold the left side of the unit. The 2 pumps are factory mounted to the bottom of the unit which is pretty similar in size to the original unit. When I was looking for a replacement at the junk yard the Jeep and AMC seemed like the best bet most of the others had an unusual shape. I thought the dual pump setup was a good thing.

I picked up a 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee tank with two pumps on it. I now need to determine where to mount it. Looking at the left fender liner. A little reach to fill up the tank but really the only unrestricted area for this 1 gallon tank. I could mount it right where the OEM mounts but part of the tank and the pumps/wires will show through the grille. Going to think on it a bit.
