I have a Tool for Loading and Unloading the Torsion Bars I don't need
anymore. It's made from an OTC-927 Puller. Very heavy and safe. I'd like
$75 for it. If interested please contact me in Private Email and I can send
pictures.

There are actually 3 of them on Ebay; just search on "j-22517"; all priced
way too much.
