Folks, I replaced my Black tank outlet flange since it was too brittle to hold any bolts.

I can send a drawing to anyone who wants to do this. We actually did it on the fly on the tank.

Nice welding --- I would be interested to know more about the O ring. Where did you source? Size?
Post photos of the macerator install as you progress.

The "O-ring" is actually a slice off of a rubber coupling that happened to be the right diameter. It has square corners / flat edges. I am still playing with the proper thickness. Every major metro area has an industrial O-ring vendor, I may look at real O-rings as well.
Thinking of making this a kit that can be welded to anyone's tank.
