As I have a Birchaven, I keep an eye on the posts on Coachman coaches. I seem to remember one of the Jim's effectively saying that as far as tanks go, the Coachman Coaches might as well be custom coaches. A tank from might fit in another of the same type... but might not.

Mike,
we have the tanks in stock, plus we know how to help you install them.
We can quote it , but need to know which tank you need and also which
bathroom layout you have.

The Coachman Royale has a black and gray tank, and so the blank tank is different from the single tank (that fits most years) currently sold.

Mike,
We have a special tank that was designed by Migil@ MGM GMC that we
stock and sell for the 23' Birchhaven.
It is the black tank and is designed to clear the ground better.
We help lot of people, but they need to ask.

Has anyone got photos of the forward facing 19 gal tank install that Duane mentioned? I would like the extra capacity, and this seems like a nice way to add it and use that wasted space back there.

Jim, I understand how it connects. that part is pretty straightforward, I just want to see a photo of it to see how tight everything is once it is done. I have a few mods under the coach already...

Chris, I had plans for one. Tore out the old hitch and put in a thru the bumper hitch. Then I had the 3 inch exhaust installed with rear muffler. Had Duane take a look. He said my muffler would not allow the tank to be installed. I may find a little smaller one sometime.
