I suppose you Netters in the 530 area code (CA) may know of Gene Hinds'
shop but in case you don't:

We have been building all engines for 45 years. We only accept full
rebuilds.
We just finnished a straight 8 Pontiac, a Packard 2 V8 fords, Etc. We
have a lot of exsperience with Olds engines, having build them for
Marine, Muscle Cars, and Motor Homes. With only one complaint in years,
and we were more than willing to take care of, we are proud of the high
quality, machine work we do. My dad put the Olds Tornado front end and
engine under an Air stream trailer. You would have to know him, If he
couldn't afford anything, he build one instead. He wanted the GM motor
home, but!
I welcome engine questions
