Does anyone know anything about the motorhome featured in this brochure on eBay?

It looks like it has some GMC body parts (front end) at least.

Wait,

Our family station wagons were always Vista Cruisers when I was growing up! I never thought of adding that option onto the GMC, what a concept! Laughing

Tag axle on the rear -- fake.

But, it does look nice and presents a good resemblance to the real thing.

Yes , years ago. The GMC reference is probably to a Chevrolet
engine/drive train

No, but just last week I started thinking about putting in a Moonroof on my coach. Seems like that part would be a simple mod. It would probably mean designing some type of alternative front interior cap which would be the (way) bigger challenge . But the incredible cockpit vista view of the GMC totally lends itself to a sliding or hinged or removable moon roof, and a relatively large one at that.

Any thoughts?

Have you made any progress on this project? We are in the process of "wish listing" and are almost done with the gutting prior to our conversion to handicapped accessible. Looking at the internal structure I'm leaning towards 2 smaller tilt up units over each seat (which of course brought out the inevitable ejection seat comment Laughing ). Although I agree a nice big one would look awesome. I realize the leakage issues will need to be dealt with, but that's why they call it a challenge. Anyone here have comments or suggestions?
