Mitch-
I purchased two from Gary Kosier at the Eastern States Rally that keep
the drawers from accidentally opening when you turn a sharp corner.
They installed in the same holes as the previous one and took about five
minutes to install both kitchen drawers.

The whole reason for wanting to replace slides was the drawers would come open going down the road.
I contacted the manufacturer of the slides in there now (Accuride), trying to find a replacement. hah! no such luck.
So, I'm sitting here with a slide set on the desk. The more I look at it the more I realize the only problem is one small spot on the slider that has worn down. OK, how to get that back? after a few ideas it occurs to me all I need to do is HEAT a small area and reshape it!!!!
DUH
Five minutes in the garage with a torch and a Phillips screw driver, and problem solved.
Yaknow, some times we (I) just try to over think things.
