Ray,
Yes, thats a great price but I would never go through all it takes and install a stock style chain. A double roller, true roller chain is @ $100 and never need replacing, it will not stretch like the single row cahin does. The number of cuss words you have to come up with is the same, I would put in the best chain and gear set you can get.

sometime trying to save a dime cost you more than you think, i got a GMC needing a motor, customer wants me to just do rods and mains, i told him he better take it to some other shop, if i am going to do a motor, i'll do it 100% right or i just will not get into it, well, the stock timing chain is great but as Jim B said, not worth it, spend the 100 bucks and just do it right and forget about it.
