We're about to go to Disneyland for a few days, and then I want to park on the beach. Any recommendations for a good RV park on (or near) the beach?

Malibu RV park was nice when I was a kid, not on the beach though.
There is one in La Jolla, and there is Campland on the Bay in mission bay. It's an "experience."

Bolsa chica state beach is a few miles north of Huntington beach.
It has electric hookups as does Huntington. Both are basically camping in a parking lot with the beach directly in front and no trees. South Orange county has 2 campgrounds on a bluff over looking the ocean San Onfre is basically a parking lot. San Clemente State beach is camp ground with trees and regular campsites. It has hookups and non hookups and is a better choice.
A few miles north of this is Doheny State beach. This is a good campground with regular camp sites and trees at water level but no electric. It is within walking distance to shops and the harbor.

Larry,
Just got back from staying at Dockweiler last weekend. We've stayed there twice already and returned because we like it so much. It is a nice RV park style campground with full hookups. Cost is $55 back row, $60 middle, and $65 front row right on the beach. The beach was nice and isn't crowded right now. They recently had a good rain in LA so there was a lot of debris on the beach, but they were in the process of cleaning it up when we left so it should be perfect when you get there. It is a bit of a drive back to Disneyland, but staying there gives you time to enjoy the beach. The planes overhead at LAX didn't bother us. Groceries and supplies are close by in El Segundo (5 mins drive). There's also a nice bike path that connects all the beach communities.
Here are some pictures to give you an idea of what it's like:
