Sorry Jim, but I have to agree with Rob. You should find other ways to
inform the members of the GMCnet about your contributions to the GMC clubs.
Not all GMCnet members attend the various rallies that you donate GMC parts
to and therefore they may not be aware of the good you do and/or aware that
you do have most of the parts we need and at good prices and good service.
You should also pay more attention to the orders you do receive; I for one,
placed an order to you on 9/2/09 order # 82721 and specified that you bill
me at my NC address and ship my parts to my Oregon address where my coach
is sitting. The parts ended up in NC. I emailed you about this,
expecting you to acknowledge that you made a mistake, but never heard a
peep out of you. I'll have my daughter carry my parts to Oregon when she
drives her coach from NC to Oregon next spring, so it will not cost you
anything. I will support you and buy parts from you in the future, but
going forward, why don't you privately email the offending person and tell
them of your parts, prices and services; it will sit better with the rest
of us. JMHO.

Not so wth us .
Again the say ing "sopport your venders' do not mean much
We stock 5 ZipDee awnings here and can have them drop shipped to any
place in the USA and still charge less than the factory .

Jr,
We are not a smal operation to where I am involved with everyday
operation. When I receive a note I relay it to the people that are
trained to handle them. I'm aware of that error that was done. Our
people rely on the computer to address and somtimes not careful to
read the change.
You desirved an explanation, and we did not do that.
We are like any company, make errors. However we do take care of
customers when there are product problems and etc.
I respect your input and will see what others will say.
