I am wanting to install an oil temperature sensor but don't want to put a hole in the oil pan. Is there another location I can use?

I put mine in the oil pan. However you should be able to find a place to drill and tap a spot on the oil filter bypass for a small electric sensor.

Thanks Roy, I tapped into the oil filter housing on the out going line.
