Welcome to GMCnet
Well, I do not have a BC location for you, BUT 400 miles south of Vancouver in Oregon happens to be HQ and one of warehouses of the only manufacturer of GMC windshields. Most Canadians I have dealt with drive their coach across the border and have one installed in the US somewhere. This saves shipping and packaging charges plus border crossing brokerage charges and Canadian VAT.
Tell me where you are located in BC and who you plan to have install it. Also we, actually Doug Smith, just completed an 18 minute video on installing a GMC windshield by a Professional installation of at last fall's GMCMI rally. You, or whoever you have installing it, should watch it. It is not online yet, but should be online for GMCMI members to watch in the next few weeks.
Doug Smith (the author) or Kim Weeks will announce when it is available and how to view it.

I am in Indiana but was there in Oregon once visiting their parent company. I coordinate windshield installations at some of the rallys (primarily GMCMI (usually once a year)) and for local GMCers (North / Central Indiana and Chicago) only. I have helped set up several out of country shipments to Europe, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia.
I do not work for the Installation company I just interface with the GMCers for them. It is part of a deal I made with them in order to get them to agree to attend our rallys years ago. They usually do about 25 of them in a 3 day week end at a rally. Over the years they have installed over 200 of them for us. I work for free.
There is also Applied GMC (Jim K) in Belmont, Ca and Sirum in Florida that I believe stocks them and will ship them or install them locally.

Oleh wrote on Wed, 16 February 2022 16:41Obviously my first time on this forum. Thank you all for your replies. I am in Victoria BC and will pass info on to my glass installer.
I am also in the initial stages of renovating the interior of our unit. We call it Murray. Any videos or direction on how to remove and reinstall the ceiling and walls?

Oleh,
There are a number of screws holding the dash in place up against the windshield that are very difficult to get at with the windshield in place. You may not want to remove or do service on that dash right now, but you may want or need to in the future. When the old windshields are out, is a good time to remove those screws one at a time, grease them with a little white lube and put them back in, just tightening them lightly "snug". Because of the angle of attack taking the screws out with the windshields are in place, the screws will come out with relative ease. Believe me, you will thank yourself for doing this. JWID

Good evening Oleh, Capital Glass in Sidney acquired and installed Rusty’s (‘78 Royale) windshields. If you are not in a hurry to replace the windshield take some time to attend to the dash while you can easily access it with the windshields out.

At Mansfield, the installers sealed the edges with DOW Betaprime 5504G.

One more thing consider doing is before the windshield is installed, find some kind of sealer for the edge of the windshield. I installed new
windshields in 2008 and failed to seal the edges. My windshields are now starting to fog along the edges. Had I sealed them, that wold not be
happening. JWID

I just send Kim at GMMCMI the final version of the windshield replacement video. She should have it available soon. It shows all the materials the installers used at Chippewa Falls last September.

I have previewed the video Doug made and it is VERY GOOD. It is worth the 20 minutes or so time spent for anyone contemplating a windshield replacement. He has the products and tools used in the process shown.

Over towards Beacon Hill Park? If so - I think I've seen your coach (but not recently! I always watch for when I'm down that way - but never seem to look down the correct street!)...
