Hello,
I'm new to the forum and the GMC motorhome. I ran across a thread about replacing all the old supply lines in your coach with pex and had some questions about how much of a pain it is to run the new pex through the ceiling channel?
I'm concerned that there may be factory ties securing the old pipe making it near impossible to pull the old pipe out without having to open up the ceiling. I was hoping to cut the existing female fittings from the old pipe and couple the new pex pipe to the end and pull the old out while pulling the new in at the same time if factory ties don't hold up the show.
I've also thought about running the supply lines around the back end of the coach as they are in the ZEO6584 model and just abandoning the ceiling runs if needed.
Any thoughts or words of advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks for your time

Jerod,
Welcome to the group, family, cult, asylum......
You found your way here and that is great, but you opened this note in the "Sandbox" which a test area and not many people read it.
Before you go far at all and since you are reading the forum version, please assemble a sigfile. To do this, go to <Control Panel/Account Settings> and then scroll down to <Preferences>. When you get there, you will find a signature box. Please put in a name so we know who we are helping, a short about the coach because there are some significant variations and include any major mods that you know of, and lastly a geographic reference. That last is because by showing up here you have just accumulated several hundred brand new old friends and there my be one in striking distance that can be of amazing value.
So, go get a sigfile and then copy and pasted your first message to the forum.
See you there.
