Hi guys, any suggestions on how to clean up sediment in a fresh water tank? I'm thinking this is the original tank to the coach and it seems to block the output to the pump on occasion.
The tank is one of the semi flexible kind so not sure, as someone suggested, adding an access port in the top of it would work.

Sediment does collect in the bottom of the fresh water tank over the years. You can install a cleanup on the top of the tank. What I have used in the past is a deck Plate.

They are available at most marine supply stores or you can order it from West Marine. Easy to install and allow you to get inside the tank to clean it our.
Cut Hole, set plate on hole and drill for screws and use a very good grade of silicone sealant.

Not a hard mod to do.
