The system can accommodate all years. There may be some special issues with ELII systems because they don't have a compressor and tank to start with.
With original ELs, you can reuse the existing valves and compressor. I bet Kieth can even tell you how to used the existing harness to advantage.
If the system is currently Power Level (round valves in the dash), you will need install valves and abandon a bunch of plastic tubing.

Changing out the ride height sensors is (iirc) required of all systems.

Matt - Not the expert, but Kieth has a job and may not respond immediately during the day

It fits every system from Power Level to Electro Level and even ElectroLevel II
It replaces the leveling valves with Cadillac height sensors, and the switch panel with an electronic controller.
It adds a remote, campground leveling and simplified height calibration.
