Saw these on Craigslist... Asking $2500 for both. If I can find some time in the next few weeks, I may go out there myself to take a look. But figured I would post them up here in case someone else is interested:

66 should have switch pitch transmissions, and the heads and blocks I believe are the same as our 455s... Though the crank and rods are different, as 66 would have been 425 cubes...

Actually, does anyone know of any GMCs running 425 V8s? From what I read, they had forged cranks, and were supposed to be pretty a pretty stout version of the Olds V8...

You know, if someone is interested in splitting these, I would be more motivated to go take a look....

I'd have a much better chance selling the purchase of one parts car to the wife than I would 2.... Been there done that...

Probibly C heads good flow but no rotators also doesn’t have hardened seats
