DaveB how's to keep comments here to GMCs and the occasional non-controversial note. (Dolph and I and several others throw bricks at each other now and again but we don't do it here or at GMC gatherings.) Thanks.

See you at the next Rally in Gadsden if not before

Awesome!!! Doctors and nurses in our local hospitals got/getting theirs. Very glad it is rolling out.
I'll get mine as soon as my age group is eligible and it is available for general public. We're all in this together.

Got mine, Covid that is, the week before Thanksgiving. My dear wife gave it to me-she thought she had an allergy attack but not so. Managed to give it to my son and his whole family. Ten of us in the family all told. Felt like a mild case of the flu for me and my son, the rest even less of an issue. Glad I'm only 72, would hate to be one of those in the high risk age group.

Gosh, Hal, SO SORRY to hear of Y'All's illnesses. But thankful you seem to
all be surviving well. Meanwhile, we're expecting HER niece's husband,
who's been hospitalized for over a month with the virus, to pass tonight.

Some fake.

I never said it was 'fake' Ken, on the contrary there are way to many that have had way worse outcomes than us. But the fact of the matter is most people just shake it off.
I'm truely sorry for your wife's nieces' husband. Our prayers will be with your family.

My wife was ill with vertigo and was very tired in early August. After a
week she finally took my advice to go see a doctor. They had her and myself
take the covid test and we both had negative results. We donated blood in
November and a month later she was informed that she had the antibodies for
covid. She has scheduled a plasma draw for someone in need of the
antibodies.
