Any recommendations or solution for a replacement indash radio? I put a crutchfield unit in 10 years ago and the
radio tuner has given up.

Almost any 1 DIN size radio will fit in the stock position. You may have to trim the opening a little, but not a big deal. AM/FM radios are a very common item, even Wal-Mart has a good radio at a good price. Be sure to get a wiring harness for the GMC and match the wiring harness from the radio to the GMC harness before you install the radio. There will be "unused" wires on the new radio harness. Be sure to cap these, so they don't short while inside the dash.

I've toyed with the idea of getting an All-in-one solution... radio(CD,DVD,USB etc), GPS, backup/side camera unit. They look like an elegant solution.
...But, if anything goes wrong with the unit they are usually not economically repairable so you must throw the whole thing out and replace it at high cost.
- GPS mapping upgrades is usually at a cost (just like OEM systems), not free like most stand alone units. You will likely find that any upgrades are few and far between. The unit is "No longer supported" in a short period of time.
- Changing screens between applications can be a pain in the butt.
So, I'm sticking with separate units. Radio (entertainment), GPS, and backup camera... each with their own screen.
Just my 2 cents.

All seriousness aside, I am very much with Bruce on this. If you have multiple things in the same case, you had better be ready to live with none of them...
Also, even as we "co-drive" having the GPS on the top on the IP means that driver has it is view all the time. We have found this to be valuable. Most Garmin now show the local speed limit (with some limited accuracy)and are easily changed from MPH to KPH when we go north. (Hope this happens soon.) They also can give nice advance warning of interchange and exit lane preference. If you have the route loaded, that is. That kind of needs to be in the driver's face.
Our dash radio came onboard shortly after we got Chaumière (it is old)and while it will play all kinds of music disks and 700k disk loaded with MP3s seems to play for days, it also has a line level audio input. So, we may use the output of a phone or the navigator's laptop (with a large SSD) to provide road music that can be changed at a whim.
My main system calendar reminds me to update the family GPS on a quarterly basis. If a Garmin is labeled as a "LM" version these updates are free but I am told that they tend to run out after 10 years. None of ours in current travel service are that old - Yet. Short warning about this, do it before departure or somewhere that internet is fast and free.
We haven't thought to long or hard about back up cameras yet.

I put in a Kenwood AM, FM, CD deck a number of years ago with Bluetooth, an aux input and a USB port. It has served us well for the past several years (at least 6 or 7)
We used to take copies of our favorite CDs along and change them when traveling, then we would use one of the music services (Pandora, Amazon, etc) and Bluetooth them from our phones, but that has limitations depending on the service available in remote areas.
Then Kathy got ambitious and loaded 350 or so songs on a thumb drive and we have been listening to that the last few trips. It works well.
I also added 6-1/2 speakers in the side panels and cross wired them to the upper speakers at Jim Bounds' recommendation. It sounds good.

Current coach has a 1 DIN with a flip out screen. And no available updates for the maps. But it works. Depending on your year model, you may have to string speaker wires since early coaches had one side grounded. That being the case, I went ahead and deleted the factory plug on the 23' and wired directly to the radio plug. One less connection in line.

For about 90$ you can get a CD - less bluetooth enabled 50w/ch x4 radio.
I use my phone as the source of all audio these days. it has my entire CD collection and pandora for when I'm out of cell service.
with BT audio you can listen to music/podcasts etc with the GPS running in the background. When the GPS ( google maps, Wayze etc ) needs to tell you something, it mutes the other audio and talks to you over the car speakers. it also makes the phone hands free for telephone calls.
It's a really nice solution and low cost
I have 4 6" speakers and a subwoofer, I'm pretty happy!

Here's the stuff I put in the 23'. The radio was so old it had an outboard HD adaptor. No dash pictures, but it is a 1 DIN holder which fits in the POEM opening after you bend the tabs the OEM knobs go through back to make enough width for the 1 DIN holder. Speakers were inexpensive and sound good.

When I replaced the radio in the Beast II i found a single DIN all in
one unit with a pop out screen. I'll see if I can find the info on it.
