I have the Honda 4000watt with a 6K head that came from Jeremy Knezek's coach. Jeremy bought a 6000watt Honda from me a couple years ago and we installed it in his coach. This generator was removed and put under a shed at my shop and has been there ever since. It is in unknown condition. I have done absolutely nothing with or to it. Jeremy can tell you more about it.
I tore down the shed and moved it inside and I don't have room for it. I don't want to scrap it so it is FREE to the first person who comes and picks it up. I won't ship. That's all I know. I don't even know the differences between the 4 and 6K units but I think the 4K has a slightly smaller motor and generator to fit inside the smaller compartment in the 23' GMC. If I remember correctly, this unit is the 4K engine but with the generator from a 6K. It is physically the same size as my 6K.
I don't have time to try and see if it runs, etc. If you want it come get it. If no takers, I may take a few pieces parts off it for spares and it's going to scrap. I hope someone wants it.

When I had my ev6010 repaired in Florida, Paul showed me the restrictor or baffle that Honda placed in the ev4010 models to reduce the engine horsepower capability to the 4k power component.
Was interesting.
