Hey all,
First I tried to submit m name to the blacklist via Bdub but the link doesn’t seem to work.
I have owned my 26’ Eleganza for almost 10 years and sadly just pulled her out and I’m beginning some needed repairs, namely what I knew was dry rot in the normal spots. I thought the center of the coach just behind engine bay was soft but it looks like the aluminum trusses are bowed up. I remember seeing something from Jim Bounds about adding some gussets to stabilize the shell better and wanted to know what you guys may have done?

Thanks in advance,

Brien Whitlock

Hi Brien

I had no idea that the Black List sign up forms had quit working. There is also a link that will invoke your local email client to send a note, but will not work with online email services. Barring those, I've sent you an email with a means to sign up.

I'll now dust off my form making tools and create one that should work on the recent new hosting service.

A member of the Facebook Group, "Classic GMC Motorhomes" recently completed gusseting her crossmenbers and posted some photos of it.
The group is at

And the particular post by Nicole Griffin is at

It worked. I added the < and > to the links to try to keep them intact on
the email list, which works most of the time. I had no idea that it caused
the phorum to not present what was between them. Now we know. Another good
reason to use TinyURL which I've just finally added to my Chrome extensions.

Thanks for the Heads Up, Richard.

Using ( and ) instead of < and > seems to me to always
work to avoid longer URLs being split and unusable.
