1976 Glenbrook 26’ with 455 motor, 200K+ original miles, newer engine and transmission.
Floorplan 26-3, side wet bath.

Many improvements and upgrades by current and previous owners. Lived most of its life garaged in Tulsa (or at Cinnabar!).

Located in Tucson; delivery in western US may be possible. $16,000 cash or cashier's check. Titled/registered in Colorado.

All significant components have been rebuilt or replaced: AC (two), furnace, frig, microwave, water heater, water tank, water pump & bypass, toilet, macerator, dual fuel pumps, windows/windshield, electrical, wipers, cruise, propane tank, driver and passenger seats, couch, mattress (full).

Features worth noting:
· Alcoa wheels, Michelin tires
· Custom Mac dash
· Ferrera air bags
· 3.70 final drive
· Optima AGM starting battery (2020)
· Interstate 6volt deep cycle golf cart batteries, two (2020)
· Luxury vinyl plank flooring with insulation and subfloor
· Ramco dual mirrors with power adjustment (they are the bomb)
· Birch screen door
· Original GMC thermometer (no, not for sale separately unless I have to part it out!)
· Newer 3-way Norcold refrigerator
· Newer Suburban LP furnace
· Newer ceiling air conditioning
· Newer macerator
· Newer raised Thetford porcelain toilet
· Custom Mac dash with additional gauges and custom steering wheel
· Windshield and windows updated, no fogging, heavy tinting
· CB radio and air bag controls in closed compartment
· Dual fuel pumps completely eliminated vapor lock (thanks, Bruce)
· Brand new front seats (from 2020 Honda Odyssey)
· Onan 6000 recently serviced and running beautifully

Here's what still needs to be done:
· Headliner is water stained from old leaks and needs to be replaced or recovered, and complete walls to match.
· Window shade casings/frames and the day/night blackout shades were going to be painted then replaced when cabinets came out during headliner replacement.
· Seat pedestals need to be painted (or covered with cab carpet).
· Carpet in cab area was intended as temporary; needs replacing.
· After-market ceiling console lights not functioning.
· Rear speakers not functioning.
· Speedometer not reading accurately due to final drive; requires reduction cable to compensate for the 3.70 final drive.
· Odometer not functioning.
· Dashboard clock not functioning.
· Bathroom fan may need to be replaced (noisy).
· One wind wing was stolen from passenger side.
· Rubber waistline trim on driver's side is crushed in one area and needs replacement.
· Paint bubbling near aluminum waistline trim.
· Waistline spread so bottom of door doesn’t fit cleanly.

Note: This coach is nowhere near "original" as the previous owner replaced all upholstery and dash, kitchen, etc. There is no dinette.

PM for photos.

$16,000 or best offer. Cash or cashiers check.
