Hi,
Stumbled upon this post from a couple of years ago. I know it's a long shot, but do you still have this?
If so is the measurement of the door inside the frame ~20x12?
I know That is the size I need for my Birchaven.
The one applied sells for the Royal is too big with the actual door size being ~22x14 ( https://www.gmcrvparts.com/product-p/g8032214320.htm

I see that your's comes from a Royal, but Coachman seemed to sometimes use what they have on hand and if the cutout size you listed is the size of door without the frame, than you have the unobtainium part I've been looking for for years. Dometic Part # RM2217. Is it still around?

Tim, the email list doesn't see the swap meet section postings. Probably best to private message Keith or post in the forum's main section. Good luck.
