Erratic or defective pressure switch in the pump or overall system?

Ron,

I've owned 8-10 RV's over the past 60 years. They all suffered from
pulsating water pressure when running on the 12 VDC pump. I found there's
one easy way to correct the situation: Use a surge suppressing
"accumlator" (a small air-charged tank) such as: low.es/3il70VE

Just put a tee in the output line from the water pump to connect the
accumulator.

I had a Monaco Dynasty DP for a while and it did not have the pulsing in the water system because the factory installed an accumulator like Ken said. It works like the system in a house that has a well pump.

Ron,

I am unsure what you mean by pulsing.
If it is very high frequency, I have seen this when a triplex or quad pump failed an internal valve. The pulse is very fast two or three times a second.
I have seen the lower frequency like three or four seconds per pulse and that was just the natural frequency of a system with no hysteresis (dead band) in the pumps pressure control.

That any help?

Matt

I find the pulsating worse at partial flow than full flow.

Sure. The faucet acts like the tuning potentiometer in a feedback
