Depends on which size calipers that you are using. 80MM uses the DP41145R (use 76 eldorado) If you are using the 72 or 63MM then you can use the DP41146R (use 84 Monte Carlo). You can check with Jim K to verify the numbers.

When the EBC yellow pads first showed up, I, with some helpers, ran tests
to see if they were really any good:
http://www.gmcmhphotos.com/photos/g4642-calibrated-brake-tests.html

After putting about 20,000 miles on them, I when through a similar series
of tests, the results of which I no longer know where to find. But I do
remember the bottom lines: They were COMPLETELY worn out at that mileage
(which is the limit of the EBC warranty). The friction material was
breaking away from the steel pads. And the braking results were back down
by the 5% or so advantage they had over the Performance Frictions they
replaced.

I put new Performance Frictions D052's back on my GMC (with their lifetime
warranty) and have never looked back.

Applied GMC sells the Yellow EBC's and, probably, the Performance Frictions
(O'Reilly's definitely does). I suspect the price is about the same. Your
choice; I've made mine.

I’ve been a fan of Performance Friction and Hawk brake pads for a while.

There’s a newcomer on the scene, and it’s NRS

Home - NRS Brakes

We have a set on my car and my wife’s car and are quite pleased. They address the rust jacking and the adhesion directly.

There’s also this (and I don’t remember if it’s been here or in one of the other communities I follow).

I’ve had the same experience you have with EBC, and it’s why I avoid them.

Anything that improves the braking effort very much over stock, has to come
at a price. Usually, faster pad wear. I personally use ONLY RIVETED Semi
metallic linings. There are several brands out there that work well. They
do make more noise, but work well in any weather. Anything you use will
have good points as well as bad points.

Hi Ken,
I have raced on EBC's, Ferodo, PF and a few other brake pads on my motorcycles [when i was doing it professionally a few years back] and agree with wear characteristics as stated.

The Performance Friction number you state here, is that for stock calipers or 80mm calipers?

The PF D052, which may have changed by now, fit both the 80mm and OEM
calipers. Best you visit here for current numbers for the calipers you're
using:
