So here the dumb question of the day.....

Got to looking at the battery boost solenoid and the wire routing looks a bit odd....can anyone tell me what side the "orange" power wire and the ground wires are supposed to be to actuate the solenoid? Or does it matter? .....the schematic really doesn't help with the positioning.....

It doesn’t matter which side is power and which side is ground.
