Thanks for posting those links - interesting articles. one thing I learned was apparently only Airstreams are out and about (looking at the lead-in photos). Very Happy

Seriously, my sister-in-law and hubby had a similar situation as you (and many, many others it seems) only going from Tuscon. They were staying at an air force camp for the winter and were told everyone had to go. They had a hard time finding layover spots but made it home OK if somewhat stressed out.
