A point for those with a problem calling for help from Black Listers. If you can, put your name in your cell phone so it appears on the called phone. 'GMC Person' would be sufficient. If you don't, I'm going to let the call go to voicemail, given our ten to fifteen nuisance calls per day. Both of my numbers want eight or ten rings before they roll over to VM, because the robocallers give up and about four or five and list the number as unused. Persevere till the VM voice comes on and then state your case. I'll shout you back as soon as I can. If I'm driving, it will have to wait till I find some place to pull over. I can't safely double task any more when one task is aiming the vehicle at 50 - 70 mph and the other is trying to answer the cell phone.

Johnny:

All of my numbers (including the alleged “landline”numbers) receive text messages.

There are a number of services that will run your list of numbers against a database and identify them as “mobile” text capable numbers or “POTS” (Plain Old Telephone Service) numbers.

I just act like a millennial, and send text messages to whatever number I have. If it bounces back, then I call.

But the real question remains…. will the baby boom that ensues from this virus be the “Coronaials” or will we wait 13 year and 9 months and refer to them as “Quaranteens”?

“Unknown numbers are not often answered, so please leave a message”……..

Parking Spaces Available -

I have three…. one with full hookups. All 30 amp.

I’m a few miles off Interstate 70.

And if you’re transitioning the area, take the bypass. The Wheeling Tunnel is CLOSED westbound, and the detour is a real mother dog.

We can call them the "last" generation if they don't pull their head out
and STAYoff the beaches. This isn't just a bad runny nose, ignore it and it
will go away kind of thing. It can, and does kill.

Survival of the smartest?

We should do away with stupid warning labels, too.

The IDIOT that thought that requiring a label on chain saws that says “DO NOT STOP BLADE WITH HAND” should be publicly flogged.

No, it refers not to the $300@hour lawyer who put the "don't stop the chain with your hands", but to the idiot who would actually try it.
Same category of person who's last words before greeting the ER doctor were "Watch this!"
The friend of a friend who lost the use of his hands after the 4th of July rocket he was holding like a roman candle exploded should bear some responsibility for his disability.
Just say'in.
One would hope Darwin would eventually weed out the fools, but we just keep making more of them.
Like, for example, someone who would dive under their GMC without proper jack stands or cribbing. (Required GMC reference/content)
These comments from someone who has been a certified dumbass fool before, but who survived and accepted the lesson.

Hey all my friends out there in GMC Land, I hope you are hunkered down
safely out there. I am praying that somewhere in this great country of
ours, that there is another Saulk or Sabin that will have an "Eureka
Moment" and come up with a post infection and preventative treatment for
this virus. It is really no joke.
Before the attendants and nurses even knew what they were dealing
with, they had 7 deaths on their hands in a skilled nursing home in Seattle
suburb of Kirkland. The toll in that facility is up to 13 dead, and several
employees have tested positive for it, as well.
Avoid crowds if at all possible, and watch for symptoms in you and
your families as well. Stay well out there, and we will see you when it is
safe and prudent to do so.
