Has anybody heard from Bob?

I was looking for some birch door parts, and we communicated last fall. But I have not gotten a response lately. Makes me worried, as he usually responded, and always gave good sound advice.

Thanks,

Jon Roche

He is around. He called me about a week ago about a PC problem sending emails using Microsoft Outlook. I was not able to help him. I have zero experience with that program. Call him. His phone works.

Thanks. That is good news to me.

I tried to call, and then emailed him twice this winter about it, the last time about a month ago. I am just helping a friend with his screen door install, and he was the one that reached out to me and claimed he did not return any emails of late, or phone call either.

I will try to call him again later today. number on Bdub site still correct?

If you need parts let me know.
At least we get back to you.
That is the least people can do.

I assume his numbers are correct. I have them stored in my cell phone that I left at the airport. So I can not check them right now. Send me an email or PM if what you have is not working. I can look them up tomorrow if I go back to the airport. As far as I know him numbers have not changed in years.

He is well. My friend made contact finally, i guess he has some email issues.

Some parts he is waiting on, but we should have what we need in time to install the door.

You need parts, call me and it will happen or you will be contacted.
Silence is not golden, and at this day and age we have back up on
communication equipment.
We pay a firm big bucks for 24-7 service to make sure equipment wise,
We are able to communicate.
There are suppliers that informed a customer a part he needed was not
available.
When he called me I informed him he was wasting his time dealing with
people that are not experienced and knowledgeable .
