I looked into what was available several years ago and only found one model that was reasonable. It was for sale, I forget what site, and wasn't as accurate as I would have liked. Hopefully there's more out there now.
The SketchUp 3D Warehouse has at least one GMC motorhome model, and that also wasn't very accurate. The required accuracy would depend on what you're looking to do.
A couple or three years ago someone posted on this forum about whether there would be any interest, and IIRC he was in the process of working one up. It's possible it didn't go anywhere, but search the forum and PM the guy and ask. Let us know what you find.
