Merry Christmas to all and Happy Hanukkah to some.

Hope you are all enjoying it.

I got an early Christmas present last Monday. My Orthopeadic took the boot from my left broken foot and said I no longer needed to wear it (8 weeks now).

Special prayers to those that could not join their family’s this holiday especially those in the military. Also prayers for those that are sick or have passed away this last year.

Ho, Ho, Ho. To all my GMC friends and all their families, many whom I have
never met in person, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. We had a very
quiet day here. But, tomorrow is another day. Live it like it might be your
last opportunity to do something good.

Merry Belated Christas to all.
Happy to hear of your foot oriented Christmas present Emery.
I realize it’s late to ask this but inquiring minds want to know…
Did you use airsoft pellets in your boot? If so, did you see an improvement? Was four ounces enough “at speed”?

No beads but it felt like the boot was full of lead weights. My foot felt it was floating after I got out of the boot.
Also hard to walk with both feet the same height above the ground.
I was almost afraid to mention it as there are so many people in much worse shape. I wish them all the best.

Emery, glad to see that you have both feet firmly on the ground. Don't
overwork it until you see if you might require some occupational therapy. I
used to have disdain for therapy, but cardiac rehab changed my mind. It is
the routine that you love to hate, but it really makes a huge difference.
You experience will vary a bit.
